We understand that plans can change. Here’s how visit cancellations are handled: 

• Cancellations up to the day before your scheduled job will not be charged. If payment has already been made, a refund will be processed. Payments made by card will be refunded less the card processing fee (1.7% + A$0.30 for domestic cards, or 3.5% + A$0.30 for international cards).

• Same-day cancellations before our cleaners arrive on site will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount.

• Once our technicians arrive on site, no refunds will be issued.

For works completed on a purchase order, the purchase order terms and conditions prevail, this cancellation policy will not always apply.

We understand that circumstances can change and at our discretion we may make exceptions to this policy. We encourage rescheduling instead of cancelling; contact us early and we’ll do our best to assist.
